The Breeder, to the best of her knowledge, guarantees that the above dog is in good health and is registered/registerable to the indicated kennel club, or is sold as pet quality only! Should your pup be diagnosed by a licensed veterinarian as being unhealthy within 48 hours or 2 business days of the pickup time, you may choose to return the pup with a signed copy of the medical report with a specific diagnosis, I will replace the pup ASAP with like breed, color and sex, if my Vet agrees with the diagnosis. I do not make or imply any other health guarantee. I do guarantee good health at time of sale; but this does not include Hypoglycemia, Coccidia, Parvo, Corona, Bacterial or Viral caused infections as these can be contracted at any time after leaving Small Wonders acreage. I am NOT responsible for any of your veterinary fees.
I do NOT guarantee final adult size, conformation, color, coat pattern, hair type, or fertility.
The buyer assumes full responsibility for the dog’s continued health, training, appearance, temperament and socialization upon possession of the dog. “In home” inspections and/or visits may occur prior to or during the life of the dog. Any cases of neglect, abuse, undue health strain or obesity shall result in the voluntary release of the dog back to the breeder. You are to call the breeder immediately if the dog is no longer in your possession, regardless of the reason, so that the dog can be rescued and brought back to the breeder. NO DOG FROM THIS KENNEL IS TO EVER BE IN A Humane Society or Rescue Center! Please help me continue to keep that promise to my puppies!
YOUR ALTERNATIVE! If at any time in the life of this dog, it is impossible for you to continue to care for this animal properly; you will surrender the dog to the breeder to 1. Be held for a set period of time, until your situation becomes stable again, or 2. For placement in another great home. These options are at NO COST (or minimal cost) to you. If that placement results in a fee, the fee will be forwarded to you. If there is no fee involved; or if placement is unavailable, you will NOT receive any portion of your purchase price then or in the future. Depending on circumstances, you may be given extra consideration for a future pup should you so desire.

TIPS for the new dog ownerIf not intended for breeding purposes, it is suggested to spay/neuter the dog. Many cancers can be avoided, along with additional benefits, such as territory marking, wandering, etc.
INOCULATIONS: All puppy shots are given at the recommended intervals beginning at 8 weeks for boxers, and 12 weeks for Chihuahuas and mini Dachshunds. Remaining inoculations are given every 4 weeks. Boosters and other shots are given as recommended by the vet. You will be given those dates and type of shot. The age of your pup will determine where he/she is in that schedule.
WORMING: We follow a recommended parasite control schedule every month. Please follow the advice of your veterinarian when changing schedules or methods. Heartworm pills are given only to adult dogs.
WARNINGS and TIPS: Please feed only top quality foods. (Example: Flint River, Royal Canine, Canidae, Natural Balance, etc) Small dogs require more feedings per day due to their small stomachs. We free feed. We DO NOT use canned food. We use garlic in their home prepared soft food to protect from fleas and ticks. If they have to take an antibiotic, then we feed yogurt when they are done to put the good bacteria and enzymes back into their bodies. Please DO NOT FEED RAWHIDE CHEWS of any type. My Vet urges “NO” RAWHIDE chews as it may SPLINTER in the throat, stomach or intestines. Feed only baked milk bones, sweet potatoes, etc.
